"The couple of times when we have had auto accidents or need it towing we have always gotten a quick response and help in settling in a claims. The one time our kitchen flooded the case manager and the people working on repairing the kitchen we're able to work together and get her job done in a timely."

"If I could give this agent a zero I would. My 30+ year State Farm agent retired and I was, for some reason, given this agent by corporate. This guy and his minions refuse to answer emails or questions generated through the State Farm website. When I call I'm treated as if I'm a bother and they still refuse to make changes I've asked for, like adding a vehicle, or canceling my policies as I've went with another agent. How he remains a State Farm agent is beyond my comprehension."
